What’s in a Table?
Cost: $450
Each bookfair table exhibit space is 28 square feet, 4' x 7' (122 cm x 213 cm). Your table exhibit comes with one skirted and draped 30" x 6' (78 cm x 183 cm) table, an ID sign, one wastebasket, and two folding chairs. Your bookfair registration includes one complimentary conference registration.
Bookfair exhibit space is nonrefundable

What’s in a Booth?
Cost: $850
Each bookfair booth exhibit space is 100 square feet, 10' x 10' (305 cm x 305 cm), with drapery backing and side walls. Your booth exhibit comes with one skirted and draped 30" x 6' (78 cm x 183 cm) table, an ID sign, one wastebasket, and two folding chairs. Your bookfair registration includes two complimentary conference registrations.
Bookfair exhibit space is nonrefundable.

We pride ourselves on offering the best hotel rates for our Conference attendees. AWP's Conference hotels typically sell out of rooms months in advance; so reserve your room soon to avoid disappointment.
